ICS670M-04ILFT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 210MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 5.5V. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 3V for safety considerations. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 16-bit output. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. This digital clock generator is configured with 1 high true output enable pins. 670-family clock generators are similar.
