ICS670M-03IT Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 225 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 210MHz Max. 5.5V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
