The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 225 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required.
