ICS670M-03ILF Overview


There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. It is a 16-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 16 pins. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Drivers device. This digital clock generator is configured with 1 high true output enable pins. 670-family electronic parts are similar. A voltage above 5.5V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. Powered by 3V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. Logic circuits based on PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic use this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator operation can supply up to 35mA of current. The STANDARD input conditioning feature makes control signals from physical input PLLs.
