ICS650R-21LFT Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the SSOP package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 66.67MHz. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 5.5V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 20 bits. There are a number of 20 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are 0°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance.
