ICS650R-14LF Overview


SSOP contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 133.33MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Approximately 5.5V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of 0°C operations. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C.
