ICS650R-07ILFT Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the SSOP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Providing a maximum frequency of 133.33MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 5.5V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress.
