ICS601M-02ILFT Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 170MHz Max. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V to operate this time clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 16-bit output. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. Elements can be destroyed by excessive supply current (greater than 20mA).
