ICS601M-02ILF Overview


SOIC contains this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 170MHz Max. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 5.5V. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. It is a 16-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. The thermal destruction of an element may be caused by a supply current exceeding 20mA.
