ICS601M-01T Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The SOIC package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 156MHz. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has 0°C operations. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 70°C. The thermal destruction of an element may be caused by a supply current exceeding 30mA.
