ICS601G-01LFT Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The TSSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 156MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 5.5V. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are 0°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. Elemental destruction can occur when the supply current is exceeded (higher than 30mA)
