ICS552R-01LNT Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. SSOP contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Approximately 5.5V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. This clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance.
