ICS552R-01ILF Overview
Clock PLL is embedded in the SSOP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 5.5V. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance.
