ICS552R-01ILF Overview


Clock PLL is embedded in the SSOP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 5.5V. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 20 bits. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance.
