There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in TSSOP. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 200MHz. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is -40°C. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature that ensures stable operation.
