ICS527R-01T Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. As part of the SSOP package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 160MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs 0°C operations per second. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 70°C. At maximum 0.25 ns, this analog clock generator has low timing skew. This digital clock generator is configured with 2 high true output enable pins. This PLL belongs to the family of 527.
