ICS527R-01ILF Overview


Embedded in the SSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 28 terminations to be found. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is equipped with 28 pin count. The frequency generator is equipped with 28 pins. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. Low timing skew is offered by this RF synthesizer at maximum 0.25 ns. A analog clock generator with 2 true output enable pins is configured for this application. 527-family clock generators are similar. There can be no voltage higher than 3.6V when powering this frequency generator. This clock generator ic requires a voltage supply no lower than 3V. Logic circuits that use PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic are composed of this analog clock generator. This frequency synthesizer operates at a maximum current of 8mA. Control signals are generated from physical input clock PLLs by STANDARD input conditioning.
