ICS525R-03ILF Overview


The QSOP package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 28 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 5V. In this case, PECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 250MHz. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 28 bits. The frequency generator is equipped with 28 pins. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance. With ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V AT 200 MHZ, this clock generator produces better clock signals. A voltage exceeding 5.5V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. Powered by 3V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. The maximal current supplied for this frequency synthesizer operation reaches 15mA.
