A voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The clock generator ic can synthesi250MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 250MHz. In this IC, a 28-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 28 pins that are available on the clock generators. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. The device is usually classified as a type of Clock Generators device. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 5.5V. With this clock generator, the supply voltage is limited to 3V. The maximal current supplied for phase locked loop's operation reaches 8mA.
