The QSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 28 terminations found in the file. There is a 28 pin that is available on the frequency synthesizers. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Generators device. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 5.5V. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 3V. The maximal current supplied for phase locked loop's operation reaches 8mA.
