ICS525-01RILF Overview


The QSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 28 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 5V. CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. With this clock-generating device, 160MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In this IC, a 28-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There is a 28 pin that is available on the frequency synthesizers. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Generators device. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 5.5V. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 3V. The maximal current supplied for phase locked loop's operation reaches 8mA.
