ICS514MLF Overview
There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 8 terminations found in the file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 5V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 140MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 5.5V. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 4.5V. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 8-bit output. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has 0°C operations.
