It is packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 8 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
