ICS512MILF Overview


The SOIC package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. Synthesi160MHzing a clock output frequency of 160MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 8-bit output. There is a 8 pin that is available on the frequency synthesizers. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Generators clock PLL. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V AT 145 MHZ for improved clock signal output. There can be no voltage higher than 5.5V when powering this frequency generator. This RF synthesizer can handle voltages as low as 3V. This clock generator operation can supply up to 9mA of current.
