ICS511MT Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This clock generator is embedded in the SOIC package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. A voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. 5.25V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 4.75V. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 70°C.
