ICS511MLFT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Bulk package is used. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 200MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 5.25V of power. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 4.75V for safety considerations. The clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. A 8 pin is available on the PLL. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 70°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance.
