ICS511MILFT Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the SOIC package is this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 5V is required. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 160MHz maximum. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.25V as a supply voltage. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 4.75V for normal operation. It is a 8-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C.
