A Clock PLL is included with the SOIC package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 5V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. 5.25V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 4.75V is recommended for safety reasons. It is a 16-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. It is possible for an element to be thermally destroyed if clock PLL‘s supply current (greater than 63mA) is excessive.
