ICS501MLF Overview


A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.25V as a supply voltage. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 70°C, it may cause ha70°Cards. It is a 8-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. As a result, it is commonly classified as a type of Clock Generators clock PLL. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY. By operating at a frequency of 160MHz, frequency generator is able to achieve high efficiency.
