ICS501MILFT Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 140MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Approximately 5.25V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 8-bit output. There is a 8 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
