ICS501AMLF Overview


There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 200MHz is available. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. There is a 8-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of 0°C operations. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 70°C.
