ICS4231M-03LFT Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the SOIC package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 33MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Clock generators can take up to 5.5V of power as a maximum supply voltageSafety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 4.5V. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and 0°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. At a temperature of 70°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. The maximal supply current amounts to 32mA.
