ICS308RLF Overview


As part of the SSOP package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. It is a 20-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance.
