Clock generator is packaged in the way of Digi-Reel?. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V for normal operation. The clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. There are 16 pins that are available on the clock PLL. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C.
