ICS307M-02ILF Overview
This clock generator is embedded in the SOIC package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 16 pins. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 70°C. This clock generator can be classified as a kind of Clock Generators in general. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 5.5V is not acceptable. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V for this RF synthesizer. This clock generator operation can supply up to 26mA of current.
