ICS280PGLF Overview


In the TSSOP package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. 3.465V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. There is a 16 pin that is available on the frequency synthesizers.
