ICS2304NZG-1T Overview


There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in TSSOP. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. The maximum value for normal operation is 140MHz. 8 terminations have been recorded. Using a supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. There are 8 pins on the clock buffer. The circuit clock is contained in Clock Drivers. A minimum temperature of 0°C is required for reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 70°C. The buffer IC belongs to the 2304 family. Vsup is set to 3.6V as the maximum supply voltage. A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 3V. Power for the clock buffer comes from a 3.3V volt supply. 4 true outputs are available.
