ICS181M-02LFT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Cut Tape (CT) package is used. Embedded in the SOIC package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 48MHz Max. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V to operate this time clock generator. It is a 8-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. PF synthesizers is equipped with 8 pins. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of 0°C operations. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY for better clock signal output. The thermal destruction of an element may be caused by a supply current exceeding 50mA.
