ICS1523MLF Overview


SOIC contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, VIDEO uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Synthesi250MHzing a clock output frequency of 250MHz is possible with this clock-generator. It is a 24-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. There are a number of 24 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has 0°C operations. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. A voltage above 3.6V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. For this clock generator ic, 3V is the lowest allowable supply voltage. This RF synthesizer operation requires a maximum current of 25mA.
