ICM-20602 Description
The 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer are both included in the 6-axis MotionTracking ICM-20602, which comes in a tiny 3 mm x 3 mm x 0.75 mm (16-pin LGA) package. On-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an integrated temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts are all features of the ICM-20602. The device can operate with voltages as low as 1.71V. I2C and high-speed SPI at 10 MHz are examples of communication ports.
