As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 0Hz~26GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 16-LFCQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.16-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 85mA.
