As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 5.6GHz~8.6GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
