HMC951BLP4E Overview
On the basis of the frequency 5.6GHz~8.6GHz, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
