In this RF modulator, the frequency is 1.2GHz~1.4GHz.The enhanced 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The RF modulator is packaged in a Strip package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.This RF module has 28 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 28 pins.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
