Based on the frequency of 2GHz~4GHz, RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.Cut Tape (CT) package is used for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 32 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 32 pins.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
