The frequency of 8GHz~16GHz determines how RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .The RF modulator is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 16 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 16 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 83mA.
