A frequency of 8GHz~16GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.This RF IC features an enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin RF module.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 83mA.
