HMC850LC3TR-R5 Overview


A 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. This package is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 20GHz. The mount is made up of Surface Mount. Electrical components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) are classified as such. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C in order to ensure reliable performance. It should be able to work with a power source of -3V~-3.6VV. In the direction of Surface Mount, it is placed. Buffer IC is CML that is output. In order for the timeing clock to operate, it is connected to the 16 pins. There is a family of objects known as the HMC850. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. Temperatures below 85°C allow stable operation.
