HMC850LC3 Overview
There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad. A Strip is used to package it. In normal operation, 20GHz is the maximum value. A total of 16 terminations have been found in it. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it. An electronic component classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) is categorized as such.
