Clock generator is packaged in the way of Strip. In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
