HMC824LP6CE Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Strip package is used. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 40 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 870MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V~5.2V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
