Using the frequency of 13GHz~24.6GHz, RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 12 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.A 12-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 88mA.
