HMC767LP6CE Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Strip method. As part of the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 40 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 9.55GHz is available. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as there are 2.7V~5.25V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
